Shipping
We use UPS as our preferred shipping method, but, also US Mail Service if needed . We use all effort to ship your order within 24 hours. Orders placed today, will most likely ship the next business day. If by some reason we are out of stock of a certain item that you have ordered, we will make every effort to contact you by phone or e-mail to change your order or inform you when it will be available. UPS shipment schedule is as follows: you don't count the day it is shipped, but, the number of days after that is your delivery time. Do not count the weekend days. EX. Second Day Air ships Monday and will arrive on Wednesday or Second Day Air ships on Friday and is delivered on Tuesday. An estimated transit time can be simulated at www.ups.com for our stock items. Use the calculate time feature and enter our warehouse zip code 97402, then enter the ship to zip code. This will supply an estimated in-transit time. As always if there are any questions please contact a customer service representative. If the USPS Priority method is chosen there is no guarantee of delivery time. Currently the USPS Priority is 1-5 business days for U.S. domestic shipments.
Delays
If shipping is delayed for weather related situations, we are not financially responsible for delayed merchandise or for the refund of shipping fees.
Disputes
Once the package leaves the designated warehouse, liability of the product transfers to the delivery service. Once the delivery service provides confirmation the order has been delivered, the liability transfer to the receiver. Unfortunately in the event that delivery confirmation is received, but the package can not be located, an investigation will be opened with the delivery service. This process could take 1-2 business weeks to complete. Sunflower Wrestling must investigate all aspects of the delivery, until the investigation is complete a verdict of replacement can not be completed. If the investigation results in the complete delivery confirmation by the carrier, no product or monetary exchange is guaranteed by Damaged Ear Wrestling Supply. It will be up to the customer to complete another order, and pursue personal criminal reports of theft to the proper authorities.
